Birchwood Lane offers privacy, relaxation all in one of the most coveted areas of Lake Vermilion! This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home features a Great Room with gas fireplace and smart tv, a separate living room off the full gourmet kitchen with direct lake access to the105′ of private natural sand shoreline, 4 separate decks (all with patio furniture except during winter season), firepit area with charcoal grill and not to mention the level front yard are perfect for lawn games and making memories. Socialize among the pines on the private deck or grab a floatie and cool off on your own private beach! Want a little exercise while vacationing? Ask about our water toy rentals and be one with nature. The chef’s kitchen has more than enough to items to make a feast for your crew including all service and beverage station needs. Save money by fixing meals in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Enjoy access to the wet bar area by storing your favorite drinks in the mini fridge or grab your morning cup of joe with our coffee station. Full luxury linens and towels provided. Private loft above garage that features 2 separate bedrooms with queen beds, lounge/game area with smart TV, and a 3/4 bathroom. The loft area has its own private entrance from the garage; perfect for playing games or watch your favorite movie on the smart TV. Great for kids or couples who prefer to stay up a little later (think quiet!).
New floating dock installed in the Spring 2021 as well as a remodel of the Bunk House. The Bunk House is available year round, which can accommodate up to 2 adults comfortably, maximum of 4. Our Bunk House features queen sized mattresses on the bunk bed.
We offer several boat rentals such as a 24′ pontoon, 16′ Alaskan Lund 60hp fisherman’s dream, and a 16’15hp boat. Our water toy rentals consist of a 17′ canoe, one-person kayak and stand-up paddleboards. Please message us for more information if you are interested in renting water toys or boats! You can bring your own water toys too. Just note, there is no private boat launch on-site. Closest boat launch is in Everett’s Bay, just a short 5-minute drive from our home. There is trailer parking on-site at this home for 2 trailers maximum.
Centrally located on Lake Vermilion off a hard surface road, nestled among the tallest and some of the oldest Pines on the lake. Within minutes you can be golfing, hiking, boating, waterskiing, downhill & cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, and dining. This home is located just 30-45 minutes from several family activities for everyone to enjoy!
