The Space

Birchwood Lane is a private Lake Vermilion vacation rental designed for comfort, space, and connection to the outdoors. The home features two separate living areas, allowing groups to spread out while still gathering together.

• Private loft above the garage with two queen bedrooms, lounge/game area, Smart TV, and ¾ bathroom
• Year-round bunk house accommodating up to 4 adults

Occupancy & Pricing

• Base rate includes up to 6 guests
• Additional guests (up to 12 max total) are $175 per person per stay to cover additional utilities and cleaning

• Overnight guests must be on the reservation. Anyone added after booking has to be approved and paid for in advance

Rental Terms:

• Weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) begin the first Saturday in June and end with the last Saturday in August
• Nightly rentals are available all other times of the year with a 2-night minimum stay

Cancellations or Reschedules

If you need to reschedule your vacation, we can transfer your deposit within the same season, or roll it over to any following season(s). If you cancel a stay during peak season (June, July, or August), you may rebook for a non-peak time. If rolling over to the following season(s), the remaining balance payment of the new reservation is required when your dates are confirmed. We will attempt to work with you to reschedule your vacation during the same calendar season; however, we cannot guarantee the ability to reschedule depending upon availability.

If you need to cancel your reservation altogether, you can cancel 90 days or more prior to your reservation to receive a refund of your deposit, minus a 5% administrative fee. If you do not reschedule, your deposit and all payments made will be forfeited.

If you cancel 14 days or less before arrival, you are responsible for the full reservation. The deposit remains non-refundable, and any remaining balance is due.

Early departure: No refund. You are responsible for the full confirmed stay.
