We’re excited to introduce the Nautilus Houseboat (formerly the Executive Houseboat), now fully rebuilt inside and out. With a brand-new layout, updated interior, and refreshed exterior, the Nautilus is the flagship of our fleet.

Key updates include a lithium power pack that provides 24/7 interior outlet power without running the generator, a fresh layout, and new photos plus a 3D walkthrough.

Amenities
All standard houseboat features, plus electric coffee maker, microwave, Smart TV (use your own hotspot), two bathrooms, hot tub, and dual steering (front galley and top deck).

Check-In Notes
Check-in is available on Mondays and Fridays only. Weekly stays may also check in on Saturdays.

Pricing

  • Nightly: $1750 + taxes / fees (3 night minimum required)
  • Weekly: $8750 + taxes / fees
  • Weekend (Friday - Monday): $5250 + taxes / fees
  • Midweek Discount (Monday - Friday): $6125 + taxes / fees (If booking online, the discount will be applied after you book.)
  • Deposit: 50% of Invoice
